Terms & Conditions of Spin2Win
The Spin2Win promotion:
Standard USSD rates apply. 20c/20seconds or part thereof up to 3 minutes.
- The promoters are Resellers of Corporate Airtime (CORPAIR);

Contestants are entered into the competitions when purchasing content and
stand a chance to win airtime and / or the prizes on promotion;
- Contestants can buy as much content as they want;

All prizes awarded will be instant prizes of free airtime. Contract and
prepaid subscribers may enter the promotion but winnings can only be utilised
directly by prepaid subscribers. This winning airtime pin vouchers will
also be sent to contract subscribers who can then use the winnings to be
redeemed by any prepaid phone subscriber of their choice i.e. family and
friends with prepaid accounts;

Winnings are usually recharged within 15 minutes of received the winning
entry from the prepaid winner. The recharge time of winnings is however not
guaranteed and may take longer to deliver to the specific winner of the airtime
winnings;

An entrant must have sufficient funds available on their prepaid accounts to
participate in the promotion - if the entrant enters the competition with no
funds available on their prepaid accounts no winnings will be paid out to the
entrant - if they should win a prize;

Should the MSISDN not be billed the agreed amount due to circumstances beyond
our control no winnings will be paid out to the entrant – if they should win
a prize;
- No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize;
- This promotion and service will run continuously;
- All prices include VAT;
- Errors billed;
- Free SMS's and bundles do NOT apply;
- This service is available on all networks;
- Bill payers permission required;

Permission is required by parents or guardians for any person entering under
the age of 18;
- Network + WAP charges extra;

Updates sent until cancelled. By participating you agree to receive marketing
material from Spin2Win and its associates from time to time;

The winning contestants shall be drawn by way of a lucky draw for the prizes.
Due to multiple competitions running concurrently winners will be notified as
soon as possible;
- Entering the competition will be free with the purchase of content;

The winners will be contacted on their cell phone numbers used to enter the
competition;

The winning contestants shall be the people who are randomly drawn and the
lawful users of such mobile phone numbers from which the WEB request message
was sent;

The promoter will announce and contact the winners within 28 days or as stated
on marketing material;
- The judge's decision is final;

Staff and family of the promoter(s) and all affiliated companies are prohibited
from entering the competition;

The promoters and their associated companies, agents, partners and sponsors
shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising from an entrant's
participation in the competition;
- Entry is open to anyone on the mobile networks, except any director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to anyone associated with the promoter or its affiliated companies;
- In the event of any dispute arising from the competition, the promoters may, at their sole and absolute discretion, be able to nominate an independent 3rd party to adjudicate and decide upon any issues arising from such dispute. Such party's decision will be final and binding upon all participants. The promoter's, organizers and judges will be not obliged to give reasons for their decisions or to enter into correspondence in connection therewith;
- This promotion complies with section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 and is open to all South African residents. Changes to section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 may necessitate changes to the terms and conditions of the competition;
- Corporate Airtime will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the service is always available but does not guarantee its availability;
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Corporate Airtime which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, Corporate Airtime reserves the right in its sole discretion, subject to any written Corporate Airtime direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process;
- With regards to any entry using text via mobile phone or entry via the WEB: Entrants must enter via their own mobile phone. Corporate Airtime is under no obligation to make inquiries as to who is the owner of the mobile phone or the mobile phone number;
- To the extent permitted by law, Corporate Airtime, telephone networks, or service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction;
- Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Spin2Win database;
- Corporate Airtime is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission;
- Corporate Airtime is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any, computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition;
- Corporate Airtime disclaims any responsibility for the inability to enter, complete or continue the promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise;
