Q: How do I play the game?
A: You will have to type in a valid 10-digit mobile number i.e. 0821234567 when accessing the site. Hereafter, a pin will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS, which you must enter unto the site to gain access to the game. We will attempt to automatically identify your mobile number when you access the game via your mobile phone and this will immediately allow you to play; however, if we fail to do this, you will also have to type in your mobile number on the site. Hereafter, you will also receive a pin to enter on the XHTML site. You will have to terminate your XHTML session, write the pin down, enter the XHTML session again and then enter the pin on the XHTML site to gain access to the application.

Q: Will my mobile account be billed?
A: Yes, you will be billed RX per play which will serve you a content item. You basically pay for the content item and then automatically stand a chance to win up to R1000 airtime instantly.
NOTE: The value billed, mentioned above, can vary per service provider.

Q: How do I get help if I get stuck?

Q: I didn?t receive my pin! Why not?
A: A pin will be sent to your mobile phone when attempting to log in. This is limited to 3 attempts per day to prevent misuse of the system. If you can?t request any more logins for the day, then you will be able to do so again the next day.

Q: When trying to play, the game indicates that my try limit is reached? what?s that?
A: We bill your mobile account for every content item, but, to protect us, we only allow you 2 content items and free play entries per day if both the billing attempts to your mobile phone failed. You can re-charge your mobile account with airtime and try again the next day.
